Susan Bell has over 30 years experience in real estate, both in commercial and retail property management, and currently in residential sales. She is very capable of assisting with purchasing or selling your home, and works mostly by referral.  Her experience includes fifteen years as senior property manager/director of property management for 4 major real estate companies in Birmingham, managing properties in Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida; owning a start-up home-based advertising specialty business and developing an excellent credit rating for the business with industry suppliers; account manager promoted to manager-account services with a telecommunications billing company with clients billing approximately $42 million per year at the height of their activity. 

Susan has lived in Birmingham, AL since 1970, all except 6 of them in Hoover.  She concentrates her work in Hoover, Helena, Pelham, McCalla, Alabaster, Vestavia, Homewood, Chelsea, & Hwy 280 corridor; however, also works in many other areas. Susan has been an active member of the Hoover Chamber of Commerce since 1993, serving as one of the original Ambassadors. Also, she has been a member of the Perimeter Civitan Club, a local branch of the Civitan International Organization that helps fund research and support for the developmentally disabled .
